SOUTHBORDER - April 27/1999

FREEVERSE - April 13/1999
Bar Tour Series 2 kicked off with the band Freeverse! This time, the tour is just around one place, Makati to be specific! My sister and her friends attended the first tour for this series! I, on the other hand was watching Ally McBeal! (no regrets!) I got the tickets from Lannie Chan!

KULAY - March 30/1999
Well, KULAY was the last group but definitely not the least among the bunch! They were GREAT!!! They didn't have a live band with them but they really made it worthwhile for the audience! Radha's voice is so powerful! They got the audience with their fliphop style! The only thing that didn't work out so well was the front act! They have the guts but they don't have the glory yet, there even came a point when they wanted to take KULAY's glory! I guess, some people are really dense! Got the passports from Monica

CULTURE SHACK - March 23/1999
The featured band for the third leg of STREETLITE 3 is a new band, they have potential! I like their version of Monica's (the singing one!hehehe!) Angel of Mine! Got the passports from Vince!

RETROSPECT - March 09/1999
STREETLITE 3 kicked off with Retrospect, I didn't go this time! I had to pass up because we were on a soup diet and there are a lot of temptations (FOOD!) at STREETLIFE! Got the passports from Ron South!

SOUTHBORDER - November 24/98
The last but definitely not the least among the featured bands for STREETLITE 2! They were good! They can really raise the roof! Got the passports from Southborders fellow Davaoeno, Ron South!

TRUE FAITH - November 03/98
It was the first leg of STREETLITE 2 (my favorite freebie so far!) featuring True Faith! I'm not a big fan of the group but who can resist the food at STREETLIFE?! Not us! Got the passports from Monica!

K-LITE'S 3RD YEAR ANNIVERSARY
@ VIRGIN CAFE - October 29/98
I was there with my sisters and a cousin! It was a very mellow kind of party, no fun fares and stuff! That's my kind of party! Food, drinks, a live band, and some talk! I think I lost my voice the next day! I met some fellow listeners like Eioh, Ycel, Ada and her friend, and Benny! I got the personal invitation from Nitelite! By the way, got some pictures too!

PARLIAMENT SYNDICATE - September 15/98
We weren't able to go because of the rain. It was near my workplace but I just wasn't in the mood for it. Actually, I promised my sisters that I won't go anymore. Gave them to my officemates at 11pm (talkin' 'bout last minute!) they went for the free drinks then went back at the office. I, on the other hand, surfed the net!

FIRST CIRCLE - September 08/98
Wasn't able to go because I was at the advance screening of THE AVENGERS, got my bar tour passes from Lannie Chan!

JAMES INGRAM - 1998
Gave the tickets to my sister. Got them from Joshua.

GREAT DIVIDE - August 25/98
They were better than the first time I saw them. Liked them. Distributed the August ish of my so-called newsletter. I still have 8 copies with me. I got the passports from Precious.

GROOVE - August 18/98
They played 70s music mostly. They were good. Most of the people at STREETLIFE enjoyed them. I was late for work once again. Got the passports from Precious.

PASSAGE - August 04/98
The first leg of STREETLITE. Passage were better than ever. Ira's still cute. Late for work but it was worth it. Got the passports from Blade.


ROCKIN' THROUGH THE YEARS - July 02/98
My fickle minded sisters backed out on me the last minute. Gave the tickets to a willing co-worker. Forgot from whom I got the centennial tickets.


IT'S A LITE CHRISTMAS -
December 22/97
It was K-lite's Thanksgiving/X'mas party. It was my first time to be at Annapolis Live. Also, my first time to watch the GREAT DIVIDE! (they were good!) It wasn't my first time to be late for work. (hehehe!) Got my pre-Christmas gift from Lannie Chan.

HOOTIE & THE BLOWFISH
I kept the ticket. I just can't seem to find them right now. Went to the concert with my cousin who was here for a vacation. He was a big Hootie fan, so, he had a blast. The band was great. I got my tickets from Blade.
